Dual tip marker with a 0.5mm fine tip on one end and a flexible dot tip on the other. Dots of various sizes can be drawn by adjusting the pressure applied to the pen tip.

Sometimes You just only need one pen with two different ends to create something new. Water based pen allows You to create not only a dots but also a very fine lineart. Bright colors remind me about spring.
